FIT CLUB never claims to be a short term/get skinny quick facility. #Truth. Our clients start becoming quantifiably FIT almost instantly but healthy weight loss and FIT takes time. The story below is about a Client that stuck with it and is still sticking to it. She did not get discouraged after a couple of months but let the training process happen. She still frequents THE CLUB and #ThatsFIT. Jami's journey to becoming FIT is below.
"I started at Fit Club in October of 2013. I was wearing a size 12 and not happy about it. I had not seen my pre-baby weight in over 7 years at that time and I was beginning to think I never would again. I had trained for and run several half marathons during those seven years but still was not able to get the results I was looking for. So when a friend told me about the H.I.I.T and kettle bell methods used at Fit Club I decided to give it a try. After regularly attending Fit Club for just over a year I am in the best shape I have been in since I was in college! I have dropped to a size 4 and have lost over 20 pounds. The scale says that I am the same weight as the day I got married however, I can tell you that I am wearing clothing two sizes smaller than I did at that time!"
